I couldn't have imagined a better result than what Samara and her team produced. Despite living abroad, she quickly coordinated everything locally on my behalf and was extremely communicative about the processes. What really impressed me is how she managed to work out through all of the challenging and byzantine rules of my apartment building's association - no easy feat seeing as it involved multiple lawyers and jumping thought a ridiculous number of hoops. In the end it all worked out and i can thank Samara for that.
